Google my business is a tool to manage and optimize a business profile on Google. Google business profile appears on Google maps and in the local search results. It is also known as Google Business Profile and it is generally created to give more visibility to the business listing on Google. One should create a free Google My Business account to create a free Business Profile. This is done to claim the ownership of Business Profile and attain all the management rights on it and get additional features to increase the visibility on Google. It is not allowed in the Business Profile to manage the reviews collected and displayed by it. With the help of Google business account one can access, customize, manage and enhance the Business Profile easily.

In order to create a Google my business account, one should have a registered Gmail account which is required to set up a Google account. Google my business account is free to create and this enhances to manage the Business Profile through the dashboard.
Steps to verify the Google Business Account: –
- Register with Gmail account
- Create a Google account by Google my business login & profile is created
- Enter the name of business and one can select the name of a business from the drop down list.
- Search the business category
- Click next
- Choose a location for the business and mention the working hours
- Enter the service area of business
- Next enter phone number and URL of the business
- Click next and click finish
- Select a verification option, there will be an option to verify it now.
- After verification is done which will take 24 hours to verify and then one can go and enter the Google business account login to view the Business profile.
